Ocean Terrace Miami Beach is a planned oceanfront development on a 2.2-acre site spanning 7400 to 7450 Ocean Terrace in North Beach's historic MiMo district, led by Witkoff Group with Ocean Terrace Holdings. Revuelta Architecture International designed the 20-story tower, Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) is handling interiors, and Enzo Enea designed the private gardens beside the completed five-acre Ocean Terrace Park by Raymond Jungles. The tower holds just 52 boutique condominium residences, from one-bedroom-plus-den homes to five-bedroom duplex penthouses, alongside 24 fully furnished resort residences and a restored 42-key boutique hotel. Each residence has a private elevator landing, parquet de Versailles white-oak floors, veined natural stone, custom RAMSA cabinetry, white marble kitchen islands, Gaggenau appliances, solid mahogany windows and doors, and floor-to-ceiling glass opening to large terraces. Duplex penthouses add rooftop lap pools and hydrotherapy spas. Pricing starts at $6.3 million. More than 60,000 square feet of amenities include a resident-only sunrise lap pool, a sunset pool with cabanas and dining service, an ocean-view fitness center and spa, a library and tea room, a private members' club in a restored midcentury building, a fifth-floor amenity deck with tropical gardens, street-level retail and direct access to 350 feet of beachfront. Sales launched in October 2025 through Douglas Elliman Development Marketing with more than $200 million in presales reported, and completion is targeted for 2029. The site adjoins the North Beach Oceanside Park boardwalk, a few blocks north of the 72nd Street town center and about two miles south of Bal Harbour Shops.
