W Hotels has residences in a handful of cities, but never a hotel and residences built together in the Americas. W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences will be the first, on nearly four oceanfront acres next to the Pompano Beach pier.
The project is a planned 24-story tower at 20 North Ocean Boulevard, developed by Related Group and BH Group with Marriott International and designed by Nichols Architects with KORA, interiors by Meyer Davis and landscape by Enea. It combines 77 residences of two to four bedrooms with 296 fully furnished condo-hotel suites that can join the W rental program. Residences start at $3.1 million and suites at $775,000. Sales launched in January 2025; a construction start has not been announced.

Two Ways to Own
The Residences are the 77 full-size homes: two to four bedrooms of about 2,400 to 3,400 square feet, plus a penthouse collection of up to nine homes from 3,250 to more than 6,200 square feet, three of them with rooftop terraces of up to 2,800 square feet and 11-foot ceilings. Residences have their own porte-cochère, private lobby, Owner's Club Lounge and residents-only pool, and they are not in the hotel rental program.
The Suites are the 296 fully furnished condo-hotel units, studios to two-bedroom-plus-den of about 580 to 1,860 square feet. Owners can place them in the W rental program, and they function as the hotel's room inventory. This is the product for a buyer who wants W-branded hospitality income with a Pompano Beach address.

The site is a former beach-access parking lot on the ocean side of A1A, immediately beside the Pompano Beach pier and the restaurants of the fishing village district.
