Ombelle started life in 2022 as a filing for 1,100 rental apartments. By the time sales launched in November 2024 it had become the largest condominium project in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and in August 2026 it broke ground.
Ombelle Fort Lauderdale is two 44-story towers at 300 NE 3rd Avenue in Flagler Village, the arts and restaurant district on the north side of downtown. Two Collections
Ombelle sells its residences in two collections, defined by floor:
- The Flagler Collection, floors 2 through 9: studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedrooms. This is the entry product, priced from the $400,000s.
- The Tower Collection, floors 11 through 41: studios to four-bedrooms with the higher views and larger plans, up to penthouses of about 2,600 square feet.
All residences have 10-foot ceilings, and fully finished and furnished options are offered. The 30-day-minimum rental policy makes the building usable as a seasonal rental, a corporate-housing asset or a part-time home without the nightly-rental model of Miami's Park West towers.
