Las Olas Boulevard is downtown Fort Lauderdale's main street, and for about 20 years no one built a luxury condominium tower on it. Related Group ended that with Andare Residences by Pininfarina, which is now rising at the corner of Las Olas and Federal Highway and will be the tallest residential building in Broward County.
Andare is a 46-story tower at 521 East Las Olas Boulevard, designed by Pininfarina, the Italian design house best known for Ferrari, with CFE Architects as architect of record. It holds 163 residences of about 1,800 to 4,300 square feet plus a 6,000-square-foot penthouse. Construction began in May 2025, financed by a $230.8 million loan from Apollo with the building more than half sold, and completion is expected in 2027.

Design: Pininfarina on Las Olas
Pininfarina's signature here is the facade: undulating wraparound balconies that give the tower a rippled profile from the street. The firm, which has designed cars for Ferrari and Maserati for decades and more recently towers in Miami and São Paulo, handled both the architecture and the interiors and common areas. At more than 540 feet, Andare will top every residential building in Broward County.

10th floor: fitness center, pickleball court, and a wellness spa with salt room, sauna, steam, massage and hot and cold plunges.
11th floor: private dining room with catering kitchen, sports lounge, executive lounge and conference rooms, and a club lounge with bar.
Rooftop: two pools, cabanas, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and food and beverage service.
The Developer
Related Group, Jorge Pérez's Miami company, is the most active condominium developer in Florida and has several Broward projects underway, including the Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach and Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach. The general contractor is Beauchamp Construction.
