One Brickell is a pre-construction luxury condominium tower planned for the SW 8th Street corridor in Miami's Brickell Financial District, being positioned as a flagship residential address at one of Brickell's most central sites. The tower is planned as a glass high-rise with full-floor and half-floor layouts in the upper levels, expansive private terraces, and a curated set of premium kitchen and bath finishes. Floor-to-ceiling glass wraps the residential facade, and the program calls for panoramic skyline, river, and bay views across most floor plates. The planned amenity program at One Brickell is being marketed around resort-style pool decks with cabanas, a multi-level wellness and fitness complex with a spa, sauna, steam, treatment rooms, and yoga and pilates studios, a signature ground-floor dining venue, a residents' lounge and bar, co-working space, a screening room, a children's playroom, and a private cigar and wine room. Service-side, the tower will deliver 24-hour concierge and valet, a controlled-access lobby, a porte cochere, and curated package and storage facilities. One Brickell is being positioned at the upper end of the new-construction Brickell pricing band alongside Cipriani Residences, the St. Regis Residences Brickell, and 888 Brickell, and the project's branded-residence positioning makes it part of the broader wave of hospitality-aligned Brickell towers.
