Two Brickell is being marketed to buyers looking for a newer-construction address in Brickell with the location density of Brickell City Centre at a more contained tower scale, and the project's positioning slots it between the larger supertall residential towers and the boutique mid-rise stock that defines lower-Brickell side streets.
